It is so exciting that for the first time ever, The World Equestrian Games are being held in this country, in Lexington, Kentucky from September 25 to October 10. This is a once in a lifetime experience to witness the world championships for eight equestrian sports: dressage, driving, endurance, eventing, jumping, para dressage, reining and vaulting. Alltech FEI.com contains loads of useful information for visitors and equestrian afficionados.
We were asked what to wear to the World Equestrian Games, so we checked out the weather for Lexington; it will be quite fair with highs in the mid 70’s. We like something comfortable and stylish for the show, with good shoes for walking – these Tory Burch ballet flats and boots are just the thing. Don’t forget to carry a roomy tote like this one by Michael Kors for carrying water, a program, a cardigan and other essentials that get you through the day. You can keep up with the excitement of the intense competition by going to The World Equestrian Games.
