Friday, February 4 marks national Wear Red Day celebrating the passion and the power we have as women to wipe out heart disease and help save lives.  We picked a few of our fave red dresses out there to support Go Red for Women.

Wear Red Day Dresses Left to Right:  Moschino Cheap & Chic Gathered Silk Dress ($725), Joseph Pocketed Silk Dress ($395), Badgley Mishka Jersey Dress ($495), Halston Heritage Embellished Shoulder Dress ($395), DKNY Ruched Crepe Dress ($245), Pink Tartan Rosette Dress ($395)

In 2004, the American Heart Association created  Go Red for Women to raise awareness of heart disease as the number one killer of women, aiming to empower females and take charge of their heart health.  The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) and the American Heart Association introduced the red dress as a national symbol for women and heart disease to create a synergy for all organizations dedicated to fighting this cause.  These dresses will totally make cupid happy as that heart-themed holiday is just around the corner and why not wear some of these selections on St. Valentine’s Day too.  So to answer the question, What to wear on February 4th (and 14th)? Wear red!  Even if you’re not into the lovey-dovey day at least you will be supporting an amazing cause.  For further information regarding Wear Red Day please go to  GoRedforWomen.org
