On the evening of June 8th, Broadway’s elite will come together at New York’s fabled Radio City Music Hall to celebrate the 68th Annual Tony Awards. The American Theatre Wing’s Tony Awards are presented by Tony Award Productions, a joint venture of The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing. The two organizations have jointly administered the Tony’s since 1967, the year of the very first Tony telecast. We will be watching especially closely as our brilliant actress intern, Ginna LeVine, will be in the audience. This year the ever-dreamy Hugh Jackman will be hosting the spectacular event.

2014 Tony Awards Nominations Ceremony You can see the full list on the Tony Website. Leading the pack with 10 nominations is A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. The second-highest total went to the Neil Patrick Harris starring revival of “Hedwig and the Angry Inch,” with eight nominations, including best revival of a musical. As previously reported, the 2014 Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theater will be presented to costume designer Jane Greenwood.
