Well it certainly has been an interesting winter so far. With subzero temperatures up north, and unseasonably chilly weather in the south, it is time to head to the islands. We turned to our book, Packing for Travel to provide a handy packing list so get started packing for a dream holiday. I always start with Tory Burch’s swimsuits which fit and flatter so well, then add on from there.

Island dressing is all about ease. A crisp white dress is the hero piece, perfect for lunch, shopping, or dinner with a simple change of accessories. A chic one-piece swimsuit doubles as a bodysuit, paired with a pareo by day or relaxed ivory trousers for exploring. A lightweight knit is essential for breezy evenings by the water. Accessories complete the look. A straw hat and oversized sunglasses add polish, while a woven tote carries all the essentials. Platform espadrilles elevate, and an easy sandal keeps things comfortable. Think sun-washed neutrals, soft color, and artful prints that mix effortlessly. Pack light, dress beautifully, and let the sunshine do the rest.
Of course, the destination often sets the tone for what goes into the suitcase. St. Barth’s is a boho, free-spirited escape beloved by Francophiles, where flowing silhouettes, sun-faded prints, and effortless glamour feel perfectly at home.

Round Hill, on the other hand, is an established bastion of classics and good taste. Here it is all about crisp whites, timeless shapes, and understated elegance that carries you from the beach to cocktails with ease. Despite its reputation for exclusivity, Round Hill is open to the public year-round with lovely, light-filled hotel rooms right along the water or sumptuous villas with views
