On April 24, Barbara de Portago, the elegant President of the Versailles Foundation is creating a marvelous Black Tie Benefit Dinner held once a year in New York City in the Presence of a Royal Personage. This year the event is graced by Her Royal Highness, the Crown Princess Margarita of Romania. What a wonderful spectacle, as the the dashing, red-plumed Cadets of the Valley Forge Military Academy and College strike up the band, present the color guard and trumpet the Royal Cortege!
