Think layers when it comes to any outdoor sports – as weather can range from chilly mornings to downright scorching afternoons! Stay away from moisture-absorbing cotton and start instead with a lightweight wicking layer. Depending on the climate, wear an insulating layer followed by a waterproof and windproof shell. An unlined nylon jacket will allow greater flexibility as the temperature varies.
