For all of our devotees of dance, this night will prove to be a very special one as The School of American Ballet Workshop Performance Benefit 2013 honors Peter Martins and Kay Mazzo, each celebrating their 30th Anniversary at SAB. The annual Workshop Performances are SAB’s only public performances and a rare opportunity to get a sneak preview of the ballet world’s up and coming young stars. Festivities begin with Cocktails at 5:30pm, followed by the Performance, then on to Dinner and Dancing, in the SAB Studios, which are transformed into elegant rooms for the evening. What a wonderful glimpse into the world behind the scenes of the preeminent ballet academy in the country.
