The extraordinary Gala Chairs Serena and William D. Lese and Sandra van Essche have put together an evening of excellence in entertainment as 2012 Princess Grace Award Winner, Tap Choreographer, Michelle Dorrance will open the Gala with a special performance and Paula Zahn, will host the event that continues the legacy of Princess Grace of Monaco who helped emerging artists pursue their artistic goals during her lifetime. The Princess Grace Foundation-USA was founded 30 years ago by Prince Rainier III of Monaco in honor of his wife, Princess Grace. The Foundation’s mission, that mirrors Princess Grace’s in Her lifetime, is to support emerging artists in theater, dance and film through the awarding of scholarships, apprenticeships and fellowships. Since the Foundation’s inception, more than 800 Awards have been given to recipients, totaling more than $10 million.
