Palm Beach is buzzing with events this week! The Old Bags Luncheon to benefit the Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc. They changed the format last year to be Covid compliant and it worked so well, that are replicating it. The fun starts at The Colony Hotel Palm Beach at 10am with a delightful bag Auction and shoppable Pop Up Garden with a wonderful assortment of vendors. Everything from art, beautiful home goods, jewelry and fashion and more. At noon, the auction closes and attendees make their way to participating restaurants for a luncheon repast. Swifty’s, le Bilbouquet, Bice, Bricktops and Renatos all generously open their doors for this special day of shopping and fun. From 1pm to 3:30 pm Worth Avenue shops abound with shoppers; but wait there’s more – at 3:30 our finest fashionista gather back at the Colony for cocktails and bag pick ups.
It is a whirlwind of the most exciting kind. For a What to Wear, we put together an ensemble that can withstand a day of standing, sitting and walking all over town. We shopped Saks.com for this collection of Samantha Sung; so fresh and iconic and reminiscent of old Palm Beach ladylike glamour.
