The New Yorkers For Children Fall Gala, a grand and glorious Gala, takes place on Tuesday, September 30th at Cipriani 42. This high profile fundraising event, expertly chaired by Lise and Michael Evans, Dayssi and Paul Kanavos, Christine and Richard Mack, and Stephanie Winston and David Wolkoff will bring down the house as they raise much needs funds and awareness to benefit youth in foster care in New York City. There are close to 12,000 children in foster care in New York City, and NYFC strives to provide youth with the support, guidance, and opportunities that every child deserves. “Let ‘Em Shine” is the theme for this glamorous evening and for what to wear, we interpreted literally and created two beautiful ensembles with an understated shimmer. The muted gold tones in both of these gowns is one of our flattering favorites of the season. In any light and any setting, the stage is set for an elegantly festive feeling.
