Well, here we are with the holiday rushing towards us. Wrapping gifts, while still shopping, shipping, planning holiday travel, etc, etc, etc. Love it! The only way that I can cope is with copious lists. As you may know, I have just published Packing for Travel, filled with detailed lists and tips on how to pack, so I should be able to knock out my packing in a few quick strokes. But going from New York, to Florida, to Taos, New Mexico is quite a packing conundrum. I am following my own advice and breaking it down to a series of lists and events. First stop, John’s Island and sportswear all day – dresses for evening family dinners, a breeze to pack in a carry-on. Next stop, Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico to visit Jake. It is the first time to visit Taos and putting together great Apres Ski fashion with a laid-back South Western vibe. For what to wear schussing down the slopes, we went shopping at NET-A-PORTER to assemble all manner of stylish ski wear and ski gear. Decided on a black and white theme for great mixing and matching. If you like a bit of color, add it in your helmet or gator for an eye-catching pop.
