The New Year is a perfect time to freshen your work out gear and get motivated to hit those health goals. Each year, like millions of others, I make a plan to exercise more, and cut back on my eating and drinking. I can’t say it has been successful but January 1st always feels like a fresh start. I am pretty classic in my clothing choices, sticking with white, grey and black, no crazy colors for me. My go to brand of sneakers has always been Nike. And I am going to have to try the Bodyism Octavia leggings, they have a revolutionary fabric that is designed to minimize the appearance of cellulite, absorb body heat and promote collagen synthesis for smoother skin.
