Global Goods

 At the Museum of Natural History Environmental Luncheon last week, I met a friend, Catherine Shimony,  who has created a wonderful business, Global Goods Partners.  See the story of how it started below.   GGP is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to alleviating poverty and promoting social justice in the Global South bu creating economic opportunity for women in some of the world’s poorest communities.  GGP provides access to the US market for the fair trade, handmade products they produce.
