Golf Course, Karen Klopp, what to wear golf

With the easing restrictions on recreational areas and golf clubs, it is time to get your golf game going!     Many will be walking the course and how wonderful to get back to the way the sport was created. While walking will be delightful, that bag can get awfully heavy so we research the best push cart and this one sees to be popular. I like the quick fold feature and 4 wheels give the cart more stability.

Or if you want more ease, why not consider an Automatic Push Cart to concentrate your energy on the course.   It is a bit of an investment but will promote a healthy habit of walking the course.

For what to wear to play golf, you simply can’t beat the classic chic found at J. McLaughlin.   As with many outdoor activities, layering is the key to comfort.   But you won’t have to sacrifice style to tee off.

From our book Packing for Travel.

Let’s start on top.   This ruffled top is my favorite.  It comes in a few patterns plus black & white.   The Catalina Fabric let’s you take a full swing.

Whether you prefer sleeveless, short sleeve or ¾ length – these tops have you as covered as you want to be.  Don’t forget your sunscreen.

These Masie Shorts have a flattering fit.  I find the length just right for comfort and style.  They come in several colors.

And the Palm Springs Skort is a winner.

For chillier days, these Masie Pants are ideal.   Flattering fit, and they come in white, black, navy and khaki.

For a very handy layering piece, the best is Uniqlo’s lightweight vest.  It rolls into nothing and can be easily stored in your bag.

In the same way a packable rain jacket is a good idea.

I am going to try these gloves from Callaway.  Lots of great features, including SPF 50 protection

I just discovered Marc Joseph New York, for some really stylish golf kicks.

I prefer Loafer Style.

Here is a list of things that will get you back on course. Stay safe and be well!
