Our wonderful friend, Lorna Hyde Graev Founding Chair of the Luncheon, introduced us several years ago, to the critical work of Fountain House. The organization is dedicated to the recovery of men and women with mental illness by providing opportunities for members to live, work, and learn, while contributing their talents through a community of mutual support. FH has taken the stigma out of mental illness for many suffering from the disease and their families. Please join the 11th Annual Fountain House Symposium and Luncheon Challenges and Possibilities: New Research on Schizophrenia. Monday, May 4th at The Pierre. For tickets and information, please go to Fountain House Symposium and Luncheon or contact 212.582.0341 ext. 317 or [email protected]
For what to wear to a luncheon at The Pierre, we went shopping at Bergdorf’s and could not believe our good fortune! This Lela Rose dresses has it all – flattering fit and flare shape, chic sleeves (for those of you who have been asking), a fabulous neckline just begging for a statement necklace – and guess what else? It is REVERSIBLE! So we quickly pulled together two knock-out ensembles, adding texture, tone and pattern, for elegantly versatile day to night looks.
