I have been searching high and low for a long evening dress. My daughter Gigi is following in her sister’s and my footsteps and participating in the Infirmary Ball this December. It is a wonderful festive event that benefits the New York Lower Manhattan Hospital. It is one of a few hospitals in the area, and a first responder in 9/11.
The event is Black Tie or White Tie and calls for a long dress, thus my quest! I went to Neiman Marcus and found many choices that were also in my budget. I want something timeless that I can wear again and again and never grow tired of. These fit the bill . . . now to make the decision. Have a Black Tie Holiday Party, Winter Wedding or New Year’s Eve any one of these would be the perfect choice.
