For what to wear to such an important event, we took our cue from the understated elegance of the invitation and went shopping at Bergdorf Goodman for this gorgeous Burberry Crystal Shouldered Sheath, then added a touch of holiday glamor with Jimmy Choo pumps and Kara Ross clutch.  For a very special touch, we chose Sidney Garber Fine Jewelry,  owned by Brooke Garber Neidich who Co Founded  CMI, along with Harold S. Koplewicz, MD.
