I am planning for some upcoming travel and a leather jacket is one of the most versatile wardrobe piece to layer. It doesn’t wrinkle, looks stylish with every ensemble from jeans for daytime or over a dress out for dinner and cocktails. They also last a lifetime, if properly cared for. Most stains can be wiped off but beware of grease which soaks up quickly. NOTE: Talcum powder can remove grease stains. Leave it on for a bit and don’t rub the stain.
I went shopping for a modified MOTO (I don’t like too much hardware) or a blazer in a shade that I don’t already have in my closet. These are investment pieces but don’t pooh pooh the lower priced jackets like the quilted one. Sometimes they are just right!
