I have been invited to a very special event at the Rainbow Room in honor of one of my god daughters. A traditional coming-out party celebrating her graduation and the new chapter of College in the fall. How did she get so old! The beautiful invitation has an art deco look and I went searching for dresses that had that same feel. I shopped at Saks Fifth Avenue and found many options. I love Tadashi Shoji, the fit is always great and this one with the lace bodice and mermaid skirt is perfect. Herve Leger bandage dresses are not usually my style, but this with its grommets and lace-up neckline is fun and edgy. Wearing one of these, I will be ready for what is sure to be a wonderful festive evening!
