A Celebration of Life is The American Cancer Society Spring Benefit. What could be more glamorous than a Black Tie Gala on The St. Regis Roof! This year’s soiree honors a dynamic New York duo, Perri Peltz, distinguished TV news journalist, documentary film director and philanthropist and David Patrick Columbia, the founder and editor of New York Social Diary and a generous fixture in philanthropic circles. Paul Zahn will be keeping in lively as Master of Ceremonies as will the music and dancing to the Kit McClure All-Girl Band. Proceeds from the dinner and silent auction will help support American Cancer Society initiatives and services for cancer patients and their families, including Hope Lodge New York City, which provides free temporary lodging for cancer patients and their caregivers while undergoing treatments.
