What are you waiting for? Time to rediscover Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Massachusetts. We hadn’t been back for 15 years but when we were looking for something drivable, didn’t require a week’s booking, and provided all of the athletic and aesthetic amenities of a world class spa, Canyon Ranch was at the top of the list. Leaving NYC at 7:00am, you can be in a work-out class by 1100am and settle into a divine few days of nothing but “me-ness” – it was a glorious feeling.
Since it is fresh, here is a packing list for everything you will need for a SPA HOLIDAY. Obviously, this is for a chillier climate. Peel off the layers as need.
DAY WEAR WORKOUTS You want to bring a little of everything from Yoga to Zumba and the rule of thumb is layering. Have something on hand to warm your muscles after the workout. If you haven’t tried the new compression technology, please do. It looks and feels wonderful to wear.
