Greece is open and travelers are flocking! Hopefully you are one of the fortunate few. You just may be out of the packing to travel habit – so let me present a stylish solution – all white! The shade is chic and dramatic . . . and looks spectacular with your sun-kissed tan. You will spend a great deal of time in or on the water, so make sure to stock up on swimsuits, the all-important cover up, hats & shades for shade, and accessories for a little glamour. Saks.com is my go-to for everything I need to pack for travel. I usually bring at least one good packable hat then have fun shopping for more!

Seaside in the Moonlight
Tom Shaffer & Pam Taylor, a dynamic duo of world travelers have just landed on the Greek Isle. Tom generously shared some of his fave haunts – trust me – you can trust Tom to know just where to go. Here we are in Havana together at one of the fabulous Paladares he discovered.
Here are Tom’s Choice Tips – he doesn’t divulge his special spots to just anyone. Also bravo for the superb photography!
Spetses
The perfect start to an evening in Spetses is on the terrace of the Poseidonion Grand Hotel. Here both locals and tourists gather for a cocktail and fantastic views of the Aegean. Since there are no cars allowed on the island, you will see several horse and carriages passing by. After cocktails, grab one and head to dinner – possibly at NTA Nero ‘Tis Agapis for the delicious seafood including theIr decadent lobster pasta which is the best on the island.
Milos
A trip to a Milos is not complete without visiting Medusa for the perfect seaside lunch. This must include the freshest octopus available which is drying in the sun at the side of your table. TheIr tzatziki is pretty amazing too! In the evening head to the rustically charming O! Hamos! Restaurant, a family owned farm to table table serving old family recipes. If only they would share them!
Santorini
Everyone visiting Santorini seems to head to Oia at the tip of the island to view the beautiful sunsets. When the sun goes down head down to the old fishing village of Ammoudi for a waterside dinner at Katina, the oldest restaurant in the port. The fresh seafood and amazing views cannot be forgotten.
