It is hard to believe it is Fashion Week in NYC. The pandemic, a snowstorm but still the show must go on and keep the industry ticking. I am enjoying how designers are thinking out of the box with different venues to show their collections to a mostly virtual audience. One designer that stood out to us was Raisa Vanessa, https://raisavanessa.com/collections/fall-winter21/runway-video/ . I am new to her work but love the venue and this collection as a whole. Ulla Johnson once again wows, showing her Fall 2021 at Lincoln Center in the David Koch Theater www.ullajohnson.com . Nicole Miller has a fun, spirited video outside in a courtyard www.nicolemiller.com, while Badgley Mischka’s show is filmed in a sultry restaurant setting www.badgleymischka.com . Of course we will have to wait to purchase these fabulous Fall pieces, so I put together some spring/summer looks for more instant gratification.
