Celebrate Asia Week New York with the Asia Society’s exciting signature Benefit Gala Monday, March 19th at The Plaza Hotel. The evening opens with a chic 1930’s Shanghai nights-themed cocktail reception featuring music by the LeZhang Quartet, Asian-inspired tastings, and exclusive couture. The elegant dinner in the Grand Ballroom will offer stunning and unique table top decor, culinary delights by Danielle Chang of LUCKYRICE, and dancing to the cool sounds of Donna D’Cruz. Now in its fourth year, this gala evening presents art, fashion, cuisine, music and design from across Asia in one festive and glamorous black-tie setting. For what to wear to this fabulous celebration we were inspired by the 1930’s Shanghai Nightclub Theme and fell in love with this Roberto Cavalli gown. The bright orange and yellow abstract flower motif adds just to right amount of punch to this sultry one-shouldered number. We have completed the ensemble by adding gold platoform sandals, a sparkling clutch, and statement jewelry – simply stunning! For more information on the event, please visit AsiaSociety.org.
