This past weekend I found myself in the Valentine’s Day inspired pop-up at Bloomingdale’s on 59th Street. Initially drawn to the charming space by the colors and fun objects, I didn’t realize that this is part of the department stores new rotating Carousel concept. Called The Carousel @ Bloomingdale’s, the space will be driven by guest curators, with this month being curated by celebrations expert Darcy Miller .. whose first job was a window dress at Bloomingdale’s. Called the “Love is …” Shop, you are surrounded by pretty pink and red Valentine’s Day items from multiple designers. I have posted some of them here and as you can see there is really something for every one. And though not in the store, I had to include jewelry pieces from my favorite sites ashabyadm.com and jennifercreel.com. Plus my chocolate weakness … See’s nuts and chews!
