Hilary in St. Barth’s
Even though it is abnormally warm here in NYC and I don’t have the need to escape the cold … yet… I find myself in resort mode! Many people are lucky enough to travel over the holidays to a tropical destination. And with that in mind I shopped this week at Net-a-Porter for some fun sun time finds. One of my favorite resorts is St Barth’s and I chose my picks with that island in mind. You live in your bathing suit and cover up there. It is very casual but chic. I love the Kaftan by Camilla for a relaxed dinner at home in your villa. And the cute Paloma Blue shorts are very “in” right now, worn with a loose flowing blouse like this one by Zimmermann over your bikini and you are ready for the beach and lunch at Do Brazil. No need to pack white jeans for this trip, dresses and bikini’s are the easiest way to stay cool. And if you forget any thing, there are lots of wonderful boutiques to pick up some different pieces that will remind you of the fun times you are bound to have on this amazing island.
