Since I am running back and forth to Florida a little this month, my February Uniform is a layered look that can go to the office in the morning and then run to LGA to catch a plane. (By the way, the new DELTA Lounge is really smashing.) When I arrive in the glorious sunshine, I just start stripping down the layers until I find the right balance. I know that I chose the PIXIE PANT as part of my January Uniform but if you haven’t tried them yet, please do yourself a favor. They have been so popular that J CREW is designing them in all sorts of chic variations with leather and suede details , see PIXIE PANTS. After that, I layer on a Perfect White Shirt and Cashmere Cardigan. The Quilted Vest and the Lightweight Down Jacket are two of the most useful pieces for travel, squishing to almost nothing when not in use, and so versatile for chilly moments on the plane. Then I add the accessories that pull the look together and am ready to go at a moments notice. Bon Voyage!
